Your usage
Connect your AI usage
Drop in your Claude Code logs or a usage export from your AI dashboard. We read your exact token counts, model by model, right here in your browser. ChatGPT and Claude app exports work too, with tokens estimated from the text.
Drop your logs or exports here
A folder or files: Claude Code .jsonl logs, a usage .csv from OpenAI, the Anthropic Console, OpenRouter or Cursor, or your ChatGPT or Claude data export (the .zip, or the conversations.json inside it).
Your browser may call this an “upload”. That's its word for letting the page read the files; they stay on your device.
Your data stays with you
Read here, never uploaded
Your files are read by code running in this tab. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
Gone when you leave
Nothing is saved: no cookies, no local storage, no copy on a server. Close or reload the tab and it's gone.
Exact, to the token
Token counts from logs and usage exports come straight from your provider's own records, not from a guess about how much you chat. ChatGPT and Claude app exports have no token counts, so those are estimated from the text and labeled that way. Water, energy and carbon are estimated from the tokens, so they come as Low, Mid and High scenarios.
Where to find your files
Claude Code
- 1Your logs are in the .claude/projects folder in your home folder: ~/.claude/projects on macOS and Linux, C:\Users\YourName\.claude\projects on Windows.
- 2It's a hidden folder. In the macOS picker, press Cmd + Shift + . to show it; on Windows, paste the path into the picker's address bar.
OpenAI API
- 1platform.openai.com/usage → Export. Group by model first, then download the CSV.
Anthropic Console
- 1Console → Usage → Export. Use the tokens file (claude_api_tokens_….csv), not the cost file.
OpenRouter
- 1Export your request log as CSV from openrouter.ai (the per-request file with tokens_prompt and tokens_completion).
Cursor
- 1cursor.com/dashboard → Usage → Export CSV.
ChatGPT and Claude apps
- 1ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data. The download link arrives by email; drop the .zip here.
- 2Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data, on the web or in the desktop app. Drop the .zip from the email here.
- 3These exports have no token counts, so tokens are estimated from the text. Gemini isn't supported yet; for it, the calculator's “Everyday use” tab is the better fit.
